Optical Dispensers Board has transitioned to a new licensing
and renewal website.
new eLicense system operates in a secure web-based environment
and will eliminate the need for paper applications, paper
renewals and payments via money orders or certified checks.
The system will provide confirmation of fee payments and application
submissions and will improve the ability of the Board to communicate
with and guide you through the licensure and renewal process.
All Boards and Commissions are moving to the new system, so
it isn't optional.
you log in to eLicense for the first time, you will be asked
to enter the following information:
Address (the one on file with the Board)
Security Code (will be mailed to you in June)
Social Security Number
Date Of Birth
renewals, new license applications, reinstatements and other
service requests will be processed online. You will not be
able to establish an account or complete the renewal process
without a valid email address on file with the Board. All
communication from the Board will be sent to the email address
on file so be sure to check your email frequently.
